DC Site Services has been contracted to provide the following services. Please click the title for the full job description of each role.

Cleaning and Toilet Attendant

Cleaning of surfaces, windows and furniture

Vacuuming of carpets and mopping/sweeping of hard floors

Stocking up toilets with consumables (toilet roll etc.)

Cleaning Basins, toilets & floors

Clearance of rubbish & waste

Any other reasonable cleaning duties

Recycling, Litter & Waste Management

Change the bags in full wheelie bins and remove to waste compound

Litter pick ground/seating areas

Empty large back of house bins

Sort general waste from recyclable materials

Shifts Available (subject to change):

Between 8 hours and 12 hours long. All shifts will include an unpaid break.

Event Information:

Royal Windsor Horse Show is the UK's largest outdoor horse show with international competitions in 3 different equestrian disciplines.

Accreditation

Royal Windsor Horse Show Accreditation Information

It is essential that you bring two forms of ID with you. One needs to be a photographic form of ID (passport and/or driver’s licence). The other needs to be either a utility bill or bank statement, no older than 3 months, which has your name and address on it (as on your DCSS PAAM profile). If you are unable to bring photographic ID, please bring the following:

• Original birth certificate

• Two passport photos

• Proof of address with a letter from the company on letter headed paper dated within the last 3 months or a professional that has known you for the past five years.

Before arriving onsite please complete the online H&S induction at: (Coming Soon)

Once you have completed the induction you will receive a confirmation email from the portal. To help speed up the process onsite, please bring an electronic or hard copy of the confirmation email with you as a form of proof when collecting your accreditation.  

Your passes can be collected from the contractor accreditation point when you first arrive on site. Head for King Edward VII Gate situated in the car park on King Edward VII Avenue. The site postcode is SL4 1QE, Satnav’s may interpret this as the Rugby Club on the Romney Lock Road. Drivers will need to look for a car park on the Castle side of the road and follow the site signage. The orange arrow on the map indicates the accreditation office where you must sign in (see map attached).

Due to the high-profile nature of the event lost passes will be taken very seriously and re issues will be charged at £50 per pass.
