Glastonbury Terms and Conditions
You will be expected to work a shift each day as per the event dates on PAAM. Staff working in the campervan fields will not receive a festival wristband until Thursday evening (day shift)/Friday morning (night shift). Due to licensing restrictions you will be required to camp in the DC Site Services compound for the duration of the event. Please note that failure to attend shifts as expected will result in your event wristband being removed and you being blocklisted by DC Site Services, Glastonbury Festival and all other associated companies and suppliers.
There is absolutely no leeway on any of the above.
Due to extremely high demand and limited availability we prioritise places at Glastonbury for established and trusted DC Site Services workers. If you are new to the company you can greatly improve your chances of being accepted to work at Glastonbury by applying to some of our many events in May or early June. We generally require all applicants to have worked at least two prior events with DC Site Services before their application to work at Glastonbury will be considered.
DC Site Services has been contracted to provide the following services at this event:

You may be asked to perform additional duties whilst onsite. For detailed job descriptions of each role please see our FAQs.

Glastonbury Festival is the largest greenfield music and performing arts festival in the world and a template for all festivals that have come after it. The difference is that Glastonbury has all the best aspects of being at a festival in one astonishing bundle.
A full PAAM information pack will be available to all staff closer to the start date of the event. A final updated version with any changes will be available on PAAM and will be emailed to you around 2 weeks before the event start date, at which point you will need to acknowledge your position. For further information please contact us.
You will need to arrive the night before your first shift for briefing and training, please check the PAAM information for exact dates and times
There will be onsite accommodation available in the form of camping, so you will need to bring your own camping equipment e.g. tent, sleeping bag and warm clothing. Please let us know if you have a live-in vehicle so we can arrange an area in the campsite to park.
