Location: Kent Event Centre

Shifts Available:

Shifts will be at least 8 hours long and up to 13 Hours long. For this event we will send out a rota for exact shifts as these change each day.

All shifts will include at least 15 minutes unpaid break.

These hours are subject to change on site.

Pay Rate:

Crew pay rate for this event is £11.94 + £1.44 holiday pay which totals £13.38 per hour.

Roles:

DC Site Services has been contracted to provide the following services at this event.

Cleaning & Sanitising Attendant

This role will include various tasks like wiping down surfaces, vacuuming large areas of carpets, sweeping/mopping hard floors, disinfecting touch points and clearing rubbish where needed. Full job description can be found here.

Traffic Marshall

This role may include keeping gateways clear, checking passes on gateways and refusing entry, directing traffic around one way systems, parking cars, managing crossing points for pedestrians/vehicles, directing vehicles to other members of the team or reporting suspicious activity around the site. Event Steward

This role can include assisting the public with information, scanning tickets/checking passes, being helpful and presentable to the public, watching and reporting anything suspicious. Full job description can be found here.

Recycling, Litter & Waste Management

This role includes emptying all sizes of bins both front and back of house, litter picking around the site, clearing rubbish off tables, sorting through waste for recycling purposes, picking up rubbish after the event to get the site back to its original condition. You may be asked to perform additional duties whilst onsite.

Arrival Information

You will need to arrive the night before your first shift for an hour PAID briefing and training, please check the PAAM information for exact dates and times

 Accommodation Information:

There will be onsite accommodation available in the form of live in vehicle camping.
