Glastonbury Festival

DC Site Services will be providing various on-site traffic roles for Glastonbury Festival 2016. These teams will have different responsibilities and varying arrival times & shift patterns. 

Campervans & Caravan Marshalls – Role  The Campervan Marshals manage the campervan and caravan area – the team is subdivided into parking marshals, fire marshals, campervan and caravan marshals. The Arrival date for this team will be either Monday 20th or Tuesday 21st

Chaperone Team – Role The Chaperones assist vehicles when required to drive through pedestrian areas, guiding the vehicles and warning the pedestrians. The arrival day for this team is Tuesday 21st

Clickers - Role The Glastonbury license states that we must know how many people are on-site at any one time. The Clickers are based on the vehicle and pedestrian gates – counting people as they enter and exit the site. This role is split into a number of different teams with arrival dates between Saturday 18th & Tuesday 21st 

Crossings Team – Role The crossing point team maintain a safe environment at Glastonbury ensuring that pedestrians do not cross in front of moving vehicles and vehicles can safely travel through the crossing point. The arrival day for this team is Tuesday 21st 

Z-Zone – Role The Z Zone team monitors the 25-30 roadways giving access to the Z Zone pass area of the festival site. All vehicles wishing to travel into the Z Zone area must have the correct pass (Z pass). If they do not have the correct pass the Z Zone team are there to inform the driver they cannot drive into the Z area. The arrival day for this team is Tuesday 21st 

All shifts range from 7.5 to 12 hours, with a shift each day that  you are there (not including your arrival day).
